Sarah has been with 2nd Day since 2020, starting as a time management coach and working her way up through the ranks. She has a strong track record of success and has demonstrated her leadership skills time and time again. In her role as the executive director, Sarah is responsible for implementing the board's directives and for managing the day-to-day operations of 2nd Day. She works closely with the board of directors and the staff to ensure that the organization is meeting its goals and making a positive impact in the lives of our members. Sarah is always looking for ways to improve the organization and to better serve our members, and she is constantly seeking out new ideas and innovations.

Kane has a background in business consulting with over 15 years of experience. He has a proven track record of helping companies streamline their operations and increase efficiency, resulting in significant cost savings and improved bottom lines. Kane is a strategic thinker and excels at identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. He is a strong leader and excels at building and managing high-performing teams. In his current role as the Chief Operating Officer of 2nd Day, Kane is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and working with the executive team to set and achieve strategic goals. Kane is passionate about helping people achieve a better balance between their personal and professional lives, and he is always looking for ways to drive innovation and create value for 2nd Day's members.

Krista is a seasoned software engineer with over 10 years of experience in the tech industry. She has a strong background in developing and maintaining complex systems, and has a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems. In her current role as CTO at 2nd Day, Krista is responsible for leading the development and implementation of new technologies that help the organization achieve its mission of helping people balance their professional and personal lives. She is always seeking out new opportunities to learn and grow, and is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of software engineering. In her free time, Krista enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and staying active through hiking and yoga.

Geo has over a decade of experience in marketing and branding strategy, with a focus on leveraging data and technology to drive growth and engagement. She joined 2nd Day in 2021, drawn by the organization's mission of helping people achieve a better balance between their personal and professional lives.

As CMO of 2nd Day, Geo is responsible for leading the marketing team and developing innovative campaigns that promote the organization's services and engage its members. She is passionate about using her skills and experience to make a positive impact on people's lives and to help 2nd Day make a difference in the world.

Outside of her work at 2nd Day, Geo is an avid runner and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She is also a member of several professional organizations, where she stays up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
